Please email orders@ash-tec.com with the model number and serial number of the device in question along with a description of the problem. We will provide an RMA number for tracking purposes. Once the RMA number has been issued, ship the item back to Ashland Technologies at the provided address.
NOTE: This shipping will be at your expense.
We will inspect the item and bring it to the manufacturer for a warranty evaluation. If the item is found to be under warranty, we will ship a replacement back at your expense. If it is determined that the item is not under warranty, we will ship back the affected item at your expense.
