Please fill out the Warranty form on the link below with the model number and serial number of the device in question along with a description of the problem, the email orders@Ash-Tec.com. We will contact the manufacturer and will provide both an Ash-Tec RMA to use for tracking purposes, as well as the RMA issued from the manufacturer. Once both RMA numbers have been issued, one of two options will occur. The first is that you will need to send the defective item back at your expense to the manufacturer at the address provided by Ash-Tec and, after evaluation, the item will be shipped back to you, either replaced or repaired by the manufacturer; the second option is that a repair component will be shipped to you for installation in the broken item at the expense of the manufacturer.
