Warranty:
Please email orders@ash-tec.com with the unit number and LED section in question along with a description of the problem. We will contact the manufacturer and will provide both an Ash-Tec RMA to use for tracking purposes, as well as the RMA issued from the manufacturer. Once both RMA numbers have been issued, ship the item back to the manufacturer at the address provided by Ash-Tec.
NOTE: This shipping will be at your expense.
If the manufacturer determines that the item is under warranty, they will ship back a replacement at your expense. If they determine that the item is not under warranty, they will ship back the affected item at your expense.
